Meal Prepping Like A Boss!

Meal Prepping Like A Boss!

Happy New year beloveds,

I am excited to share with you and let you in to my life as I walk this path and trying to do better with my health. In 2017, I learned so much about myself and I made some changes. Change is always growth and is always necessary. In order to have something you have never had you need to do something that you have never done. Most of what I am going to talk about in the month of January I have tried and I am going to do better at.
We shall start with meal prepping and exercising. So i have done both of these and they help you stay snatched and keep looking and feeling great. With meal prepping it helped me with staying on a budget, have healthy meals everyday while at work and sleep a little in the morning. Staying on a budget is very important for me that way I track my money and keep my money in my pocket. the way my pocketbook is setup we do not have time to not be on a budget. I usually pick the protein, carbohydrate, vegetable, fruit and snack for the next 3 weeks. I am not a fan of grocery stores esp in the winter so I plan 3 weeks out. I do this for both my son and me.I sometimes try and work it so that my protein is also my carbohydrate or some foods check two boxes. An example of this is quinoa and beans they are both proteins and carbohydrates ad most importantly they are cheap.

context.

Exercising is generally good for everybody’s health. I have a sedentary job and I decided to move 30 minutes a day everyday to stay fitting in my clothes. i also like to go on vacation and take bomb pictures. Most importantly I like to stay healthy. Being that I have Sickle Cell Anemia, exercise has proven to keep me away from crises for a long period of time and help e stay healthy. I do not overdo anything as too much of anything is not good. I know my limits and I did consult a a doctor before I decided on this so take precaution.
Join me this year as I work towards doing better with these two actions and showing how I am making changes everyday.
Until next time my people, Stay healthy and stay intentional.
